I find the mechanics do not follow my preferences (ei)old parts returned,proper oil on change

Fix heater then had to be done again because of leaking, Installed new turbo and put in wrong oil when the oil was changed, customer supplied the oil and it was changed with the oil of customers oil.

When I called to inform I would be a bit late due to family emergency I was was made to feel that that should not matter and I should still have been able to be there on time. This was not Rebecca's saying but someone in the office who answered the call.
