Our experience dealing with SMP was excellent. Dan provided very friendly, prompt and professional service. I have since recommended a friend to also buy a truck from Dan.

I was informed that the service I needed may be covered by warranty which I had forgotten I still had. Since the service came in at much lower than the warranty deductible we did not make a claim. The service was quick, efficient and complete. I also really appreciate the shuttle service.

SMP did not employ enough staff at service desk resulting in longer wait for clients than normal and potentially overwhelming the lone employee.

The purchase of my vehicle was an enjoyable time. I count Dan as a friend and trustworthy in business matters. He's able to percieve what is needed and the entire time of purchase was fun.
