I seem to have to come back for repeat issues. Twice now I have had issues that needed a second visit to fix properly.

General check up, oil change. The truck was washed... great job! :) Thank you. We appreciate the fact that appointments are respected. Friends have told us of other GM / chev place / places where client has to wait HOURS through lunch after having to spend money on traveling for servicing their vehicle... and this for call backs that amount to nothing. Yet the client ends up with fuel and lunch expenses. We haven't had that sort of experience with SMP and we let these people know.

Recall for ignition switch was the reason for the service. Upon arrival Crystal greeted us with a smile. While checking the vehicle she found that the fan belt was cracked and needed replacing. I heard the squeal when the wife drove the car out of the garage so I knew this was good advice from Crystal to replace the belt.
