Ignition service

My ignition switch had to be replaced because of a factory recall. I took my car in, had a coffee, received a ride home and back again when the work had been completed.

I brought my Silverado in for an oil change. Doug Dyck informed me I had not had my tires rotated and engine flush. I agreed to it and I was taken home and picked up. All went well. Thanks.

service advisor was great, but didnt like waiting for my truck at the end....

The service was complete on my truck by 3:00pm and i got there at around 4:30. i had to wait until 4:45 to have my truck delivered to me. i think if all these people are getting shuttles back to SMP, that would be enough of a heads up to the service dept. to have our vehicles ready to go at the front. Paul Conners was great.

Came in for oil change and had asked also for a small dent in the door to be looked at. The phones weren't working and then the computers crashed while being registered, so I guess this request did not get recorded anywhere as the dent did not get fixed and no estimate on the cost of fixing was provided. Was also disappointed that the vehicle did not get washed.
