Oil change and a part was ordered for the back window - experience was good let me know right away and i was also able to use the shuttle to get to work.

We always feel that KIA alerts us to any issues while servicing our car. Staff are super courtious and friendly. We feel we are driving a safe vechile after a service visit to KIA.

My Sedona was tied up for a whole day, only to be brought back in for correction to a previously diagnosed problem. A leaking drain tap on the radiator. Sealing tape had to be put on the tap threads to stop the leak. This should have been done right the 1st time and pressure tested before returning the van to me. At $115.00 per hour, one would expect the job to be done right, especially at the DEALER'S SHOP!
