I can't complain about a thing! This was my first ever brand new car purchase so I wasn't familiar with what to do, but there really wasn't anything I had to do because Alyssa and Christine did it all! Really friendly service and they explained everything. Alyssa was quick to reply to my many emails with questions I had! :) I even got a follow-up email to see how I was doing with the car. Thanks girls!

I had my vehicle in for a new windshield which was provided at Kia's cost. The gentleman that we dealt with at the service counter (sorry, I forget his name) was extremely friendly and helpful as was the female who assisted was. Great experience. I hope all my visits are as positive.

Mr. Batchelor himself seems to be a nice guy who is good at his job and while I was less than 100% pleased with my last service appointment, it didn't really have anything to do with him or his work. He went out of his way to find lower cost alternatives to the parts my vehicle required and I while do sincerely appreciate that effort on his part, the fact that he had to do so is a reflection of the real source of my frustration. What I found aggravating was that a vehicle that I bought in essentially complete working order, all of a sudden required approximately $3600 in repairs with no warning. I understand that vehicle parts break down over time and that maintenance is a necessary part of owning a vehicle, but having such a large bill be required so suddenly does not reflect well on the Kia/Hyundai brand. I'm not a business major, but I would think that at both the corporate and dealership level, employing strategies to minimize repair costs would be a wise strategy. Doing so would both save the customer money and improve the reputation of the company's products. The bottom line here is this: Mr. Batchelor's work: Perfectly fine. Service costs: Borderline unacceptable.

I am disappointed that I was not given the option (told the cost) of replacing my old rotors instead of machining them. Because of this, it cost me time and the cost of a hotel because the machining could not be done until the next day. We came into the shop around noon and did not get our vehicle until after lunch the next day. If I had of know the price of the rotors, I certainly would have opted to replace them.

I brought my Volvo XC 70 wagon for an oil change at 0800 hrs. My vehicle wasn't ready until 1100 hrs. and I was told they didn't have time to wash it. Then there was a problem with the bill. Overall, not a very satisfactory experience. I have had good service in previous years-has something changed or did I hit a bad day?

Replaced the ball joints. Work done in a day. Wasn't overcharged. Happy with the work that was done.
