All the staff I dealt with were professional and friendly. No haggling, just plain honest dealings. Unfortunately the Service Department let me down by not following instructions stated on my request for having service done and agreed with Bytek prior the delivery of my car. It was handled swiftly prior me picking up my purchased vehicle, otherwise I would have given a 5 star with no hesitation.

We are return clients who just purchased our third VW from Bytek. Anik was our sales person who provided great service in a professional and friendly manner. She listened to our needs and found the car that was right for us. Very responsive to our emails and calls, she negotiated a deal that made it a positive experience for us. Just a week into driving our Tiguan, we are glad we returned to Bytek.

Amanda P. helped me out with the purchase of my new 2024 Tiguan R-Line! She was very knowledgeable about the car and answered any question I had about during the process. Our sales person, Anik Roy was amazing, she took the time to guide us and help us in the process from start to finish. The staff of Bytek VW was very polite and accommodating, even when we returned later to order winter tires. Great service all around.

I bought a 2024 Tiguan from them last week and I couldn’t be happier. Everything about the process was very clear. Abdalla was really helpful and professional throughout from the first time I walked in to when I walked away with my new car! Bytek also has their own Factory Certified Collision Centre which is great to know should you need it. (Hopefully not!) 10/10 would recommend Bytek.

After having to iron out a few wrinkles, Anik Roy was and still is being extremely helpful; one wrinkle left to fix, and she has gone out of her way to ensure that we are satisfied with our new VW. Jennifer Curle was clear and concise on the financing end. We would recommend both of them should you choose to deal with Bytek Volkswagen.

This place sold us a car sight unseen, told us it would be equipped with options and once we got it home found out it didnt have a bunch of the things we were told it would have. fast forward a year later and its having so many different electrical problems its arguably not even safe. Transmission goes limp while pulling out on the highway. Wont go into park without rocking the shifter back and forth. abs and traction control lights come and go. headlight drl randomly strobes. radio just does tv static until you reset it, etc etc.When we had it in for service and explained the issues we were told "we will look at it next time you are in for service" When i tried to discuss a replacement they told me Im at a loss and will have to pay a price increase to get into the same vehicle that it is not their problem. A new vehicle that I might add is no guarantee will actually be any safer. 2023 Tiguan and salesperson is Amanda. Would not recomend This dealer or volkswagen to anybody.

Recently purchased a Tiguan from Bytek Volkswagen and the process was actually enjoyable. Not something I can say about my previous experience with other dealerships. After browsing some of the vehicles online, Amanda reached out to me to set up a test drive and the rest is history. Amanda was upfront about the options, the cost and at the end of the day we got the trade-in value we wanted and the Tiguan is now in my driveway. I personally had a great experience. I recommend you check them out for your next VW.
