Just purchased a new vehicle from here and had a wonderful experience. Jesse (our sales person) and Chris (sales manager) were helpful and informative and worked with us to get us the deal we needed to purchase the car! Overall an excellent experience!

Wonderful experience purchasing our used car. Anik was extremely helpful without being controlling. She stepped back and let me go figure out if this car fit our needs. Anik answered all my questions and after deciding to proceed, she then assisted with the purchasing process. Negotiations are not fun and often drawn out, however Anik was very efficient and business oriented. Anik helped make the trade-in process painless and mutually beneficial. I got the car I wanted with my patience and sanity intact. I recommend you ask for Anik for your purchase.

An all round positive experience! Chris was knowledgeable ,friendly, efficient and responsive which gave me lots of confidence in making my purchase of my new VW! Adrian also wonderful in walking me through the financial process! Staff and vibe at the dealership were super inviting, I felt the customer service was important to everyone! ***Do not take your car there for servicing.*** I have prepaid servicing. My car came back with dented wheels and messed up tires. Instead of trying to take responsibility they tried to sell me a new set. In addition, they did the small service on the car, as they should have, but charged VW for big service on my prepaid plan. So now I can get a big service for another 2 years

I recently buy new volkswagen atlas 2024 All the staff there are professional and well respond all the questions you have The process was really stressless Abdallah is helpful and he do all the things to really satisfy the customer. I recommend 100% bytek volkswagen.
