Amanda came highly recommended by a friend who had purchased their car here, and now I see why. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. I shared my wish list for the kind of car I wanted, and she delivered beyond my expectations. Adrian was equally fantastic, taking the time to thoroughly explain all the financial details. I just purchased a 2024 Taos from Bytek Volkswagen this past week. Amanda was the sales person I dealt with and she was simply wonderful…….excellent service to the client, with no pressure tactics and great attention to detail. After test driving the vehicle, we sat down together and Amanda took the time to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle, financial options and warranty information. In all honesty, this was probably one of my best car buying experiences. I would certainly recommend anyone to visit Bytek Volkswagen for their next vehicle purchase and asking for Amanda.

Just purchased a VW Cross Sport from this dealership. From beginning to end the process was awesome. Very rarely is buying a new car stress free and without hassle. They worked with me on every front. Definitely just gained a long time customer. Would recommend to everyone.

Recently bought a VW golf gti here and wéve been told the car will have a remote starter working with the app, and when we got home and took the time to setup the app, there was nothing. I reached out by e-mail and went in person, when the sales representative asked the garage about it they litteraly laughed at my request - such a disrespectful way to deal with customers questions - ,I was promised to be called back whithin 48h and it’s been over 2 weeks with no news. I was hoping a better post-sale customer service as they were selling it all over the process but unfortunately it is not.

Dishonest and Untrustworthy. I had a terrible experience with Bytek Volkswagen. I paid for a anti-rus module. I was told it had been installed but never was. After inspecting I noticed it was missing. I asked for a refund and was denied. I was told for my troubles that they would provide a detailing package. The detailing package was useless as I had just purchased the car a week prior. When I had asked what was included in the detailed package, not a single employee was able to give me information as it's done by a 2md party. When I returned to pick up my car from a very useless detailing package, I was told they had misplaced my keys. Not only had I had to take off 2 days work but was trwwat as they were doing me a favour. The dealship was non responsive to be multiple attempts to rectify the situation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was still charged and left without what I paid for. The staff seemed unresponsive and unwilling to make things right, leaving me feeling completely taken advantage of. This dealership clearly prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction and honesty. I strongly advise against trusting this dealership with your business. If you do decide to proceed, double-check everything and document every interaction.

Recently got my first car at Bytek! Abdalla was extremely helpful. No matter what time i messaged him to ask questions, i always got a happy response! He gave me every detail i needed and ensured that i had all i asked for including tips for my car. Management was equally helpful and friendly through any difficulties and even offered me a rental car free when I had a few hours delay due to licensing. Vehicle is great! Smooth drive with no hassle so far. Definitely recommend.
