I would love to leave a better review, but the facts are the facts…I and the hubby went through Brantford Honda on the transferral of a lease. Because a saleswoman named Krista wasn’t making money off the deal, our transferral date got pushed off to the point where we almost lost the interest of the other party - who, btw, called us to agree that she was incredibly upset we were being put on the back burner. Krista admitted we were a lower priority, that she had said she would be in on a day she was actually taking off. All in all, I’m sure other reviews give lots of stars for a reason - but if you’re going to get a full star review from me, you’re going to have to stop your salespersons from hanging around texting on their phones and chatting with eachother and not making eye contact with clients who are waiting for over half an hour in an empty dealership with questions, under a time crunch. You’re going to have to make sure every customer is treated equally - whether purchasing a car or transferring a lease. And most importantly, you’re going to have to retrain your salespersons on how to sell Honda merch, because Branford Honda is most definitely not breaking any records anytime soon. These guys are all fantastic! Bought my 2020 Civic from Ryan in October and he was phenomenal every step of the way. Took it in for my first service today and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I'm definitely a customer for life 👌🏻

IMPRESSED WITH BRANTFRD HONDA RE OUR PURCHASE OF 2019 HONDA CRV. TOURING, THE SALES PERSON MR. WRIGHT LET US DOWN RE OUR PURCHASE AS HE DID NOT EXPLAIN ANY OF THE CONTROLS RELATED TO THE OPERATION OF THE CRV. AS HE WAS MORE INTERESTED IS SELLING ANOTHER VEHICLE AND LEFT US WAITING, THE LACK OF INTEREST IN SHOWING THE CRV CONTROLS, ALMOST CAUSED A ACCIDENT ON THE 403 AND THE 410 EXIT, AS WE HAD A SUBSTANCEL DOWN POUR AND WE HAD THE DEFROST ON WHEN ALL THE INSIDE OF THE WINDOWS FOGGED UP AND UNABLE TO CHANGE LANES , LUCKY MY WIFE WAS WITH ME AND STARTED PLAYING WITH THE CLIMATE CONTROLS TO DEFROST THE INTERIOR WINDOWS. THIS WAS THE FRIDAY MAY 28 AFTER WE PICKED UP THE CAR. WE WERE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT ALL HONDA SALES PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSD TO EXPLAIN ALL THE HONDA CONTROLS BEFORE RELEASING A VEHICLE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS BARRY LAMONT

I had the pleasure of being handled by Austin from parts and service. Super pleasant and he even told me why my car isn't a six speed manual without degrading me. Service was quick and effective and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Brantford Honda.
