worst service dept ever, disorganized, extremely unnecessary long appointments. The mechanics ruined my rims on my winter tires and now I will have to buy a new set. I have complained to management and still waiting to hear back. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with the service dept. I will not be recommending Brantford Honda to my family, friends, strangers...anyone.

I had a fantastic experience at Brantford Honda. I came in to inquire about some cars, possibly test drive one and I ended up buying one. Brent Olmstead was fantastic. He answered any questions I had and offered information about the cars. He also went over all the different payment options and warranties. He's a realist-I'm a realist. They had my car ready in a couple days which was a great surprise. Too add, they gave me much more for my trade in than I thought I would get. Thanks again Brent!

I have been going to Brantford honda last 6 years. I recently went to get a oil change and switch tires. I have to say the staff are amazing. Big thanks to Trevor and Chrissy who went above and beyond with helping me by making sure I got shuttle service home after I dropped it off at 8.15am and working a night shift so I could get some sleep. There regular driver was not available so Chrissy from front desk dropped me home and picked me up later too. Even assist me to front door because I was on crutches due a fracture. Thank you Brantford Honda for your great customer service

A Honda customer since 2003 and recently dealt with Scott McCulloch to purchase a vehicle. He is very knowledgeable, personable and has always treated me fairly. I trust Scott .... he tells it like it is and this is why I am a repeat buyer.

My Name is Melbourne A. and I just want to commend the team at Brantford Honda for there excellent customers service. I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealership as of yet, but the level of professionalism, great customer care service experience I've received so far, from the salesperson and management is great. Since I joined the Honda Family most Honda dealerships are welcoming and offers great services so far based on my personal experiences, but to have a manager personal reach our to make sure I was well assisted and taken care of even though I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealership Is some next level customers care service. Normally I don't see a manager much less hear from one unless requested. I've been dealing with Honda for 10 years now and I continue to be amazed by they're excellent customers service. Great job Brantford Honda team.
