I bought a used Honda and Erica Kiss and Krista Pikula we’re the fantastic woman who assisted me. They were so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience so exciting and special. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. When I drove off the lot I felt so happy. Thank you again Krista and Erica. Congratulations on providing one of the worst customer service experience of my life. We went to make a cash deal on the 2010 benz. Very bad service from the manager Mike Oakley, he was very disrespectful doesn’t know how to treat them customers. We called him to have a word to figure out repairs of the car and finalize the deal with him but he closed the file and stood up and tried walking out very disrespectfully giving us reasons that we were three of us and we had issues to be dealt with the car and we were bringing into notice. Erica the sales person was very helpful all thru the time but due to such bad and disrespectful manager behavior we didn’t make the deal. Erica was out with us for 15-20mins as we were figuring out repairs and defeats in the car but after when the so called manager came out to get the same things checked he’s feeling too cold in a minute he wanna go back in without us completing. Very bad experience and very disrespectful manager with attitude, no customer service at all. There should be some action taken by any of them store seniors. Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning :)

It was a very bad experience here!!! Specifically the manager named MIKE OAKLEY, he was very rude throughout the time and literally gave us real bad service! He attacked on me and my friends personally passing non bearable comments! I hope his seniors find out this review and take action against him!!

Just purchased a 2018 Honda Civic after being in an accident, and with the waiting on insurance, James and Krista went above and beyond to have the experience be as stress free as possible. Buying a vehicle can be overwhelming, and it didn’t feel that way one bit. James and Krista were more than happy to answer any questions I had. The car was ready quick, and they both ensured everything was perfect for me. Such an amazing experience!! Highly recommend Brantford Honda, especially James and Krista for all your vehicle purchases!

I needed a commuter vehicle so I went straight to Brantford Honda as I had purchased there before. Admittedly, it had been a while but everyone made me feel right at home. I was thinking SUV but Erica Kiss directed me to a gorgeous 2018 Civic, loaded with amazing features and fuel mileage I will definitely appreciate on that ride to work. Krista in finance made the process easy as well by helping me make smart choices without pressure and it was all done fast! I won't go anywhere else- Thanks Brantford Honda ;)

There is some kind of knocking sound coming in front left tire over bumps in my Accord and i tell the mechanic to see whats the issue. He is like i have tested everything and everything is good and i clear the snow around the fender and charge me extra money for that and he said there is no issue.When i come out the knocking sound was still there. Expensive + bad service
