Bought used Mercedes GL350 truck couple of years ago. Didn’t have good experience with this dealership. Sold truck with some defects. On complaining and following up they fixed the issues later on, but it was a hassle. Buyer beware please.

Hi Folks, Today, I got a honda civic 2022 from brantford honda. There is a great staff whose helps you to find the affordable car that you want. There is one guy name "Aaron" deserves a huge appreciation. He was my dealer and we have been in contact from last few months. We see most of the dealers stop contacting you after 3 or 5 days later if you don't interest in their car. But, this guy never stop contacting me. He is the one who showed me the vehicles every times that I needed. Finally, after five months, he gave me such a better deal on new honda civic with such nicely and friendly way. I can say if anyone wants to purchase any new or used car then just contact him first. I am sure that anyone could trust him because of his kindness and friendly manner. Thank you so much bro for providing me the best car ever. I wish that God fulfil your all dreams and desires and you might live long. I bought a 2021 CRV from Catharina in October. That was the BEST car buying experience I have had and I have owned many vehicles. Actually everyone at Brantford Honda was professional, friendly AND knowledgeable about their products. But I must speak to "Cat's" sales expertise. She was easily available... we used text and phone to narrow down availability (that was at the beginning of car shortages in Ontario) and other details. She always replied in almost immediate timing and was quick to get back to me if there was further info I/she was looking for. Thanks everyone at Brantford Honda..
