I was not looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle during Covid and had actually delayed the decision to purchase from last year. But this week I began my search and ended back at Brantford Honda and with the help of Aaron Alonzo I successfully completed the purchase of my new 2021 Honda Pilot. Aaron met me on the parking lot Wednesday and walked me through the various models and features of each , and brought several vehicles to test drive. I returned Thursday to negotiate the deal. Aaron was super friendly and helpful throughout the process and with his product knowledge and expertise I was able to move forward with my purchase. Today we picked up our new vehicle and again Aaron walked me through the process and I felt comfortable driving away with our new Pilot. Thanks Aaron for all your help. You are an asset to Brantford Honda!

These guys are outstanding Natalie and the finance team went above and beyond to get me exactly the car I wanted hassle free and nothing but good vibes from everyone it's a welcoming environment I recommend to anyone who's looking to buy I went to 2 other honda dealerships before choosing brantford honda they were the only ones who didn't treat me like just a customer they treated me like they actually cared and again went above and beyond to make me happy ... and that's what counts if your in the market for a car new or used see Natalie and the sales team I promise you the experience will be unmatched to other dealerships ... with that being said I know where I'll be coming to upgrade in a couple of years thank you thank you everyone !! AlsoI live 40k away and happily make the drive here even for service

I usually don’t post reviews much but this one is well deserved and then some. James treated us wonderfully from start to finish; he was super clear and answered all of our questions, provided any extra paperwork that I requested for my own comfort/records, and kept in touch via text without fail. He was transparent about the history of our car (it was pre-owned) and did everything he could to prepare it and fix anything we weren’t 100% happy with before pick-up. We live far from the dealership but I would come all the way back in a heartbeat for my next car. We also dealt with Nicole and Pete, both of which were clear, helpful and friendly as well. I will recommend this place to everyone I know from now on.

I was looking for a new vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Ryan Stroud. He was absolutely fabulous and put his best foot forward. He was super patient, enthusiastic and very tolerant of all my questions and the research I had already done. If you're looking for a Honda, go see Ryan! I usually don't write reviews but this place definitely deserves a great one! My grandfather recently purchased a used car from Honda. The salesmen Casey was very friendly and informative, always answering all my grandfathers questions and finding him exactly what he needed. The day we picked the car up it was all ready to go with a nice bow on it and a beautiful thank you gift. In the last 10 years my grandfather has probably purchased 4 cars from our local car lot and has never been treated so nice. Overall the entire process was great from start to finish, I'd definitely recommend!

Vali made the purchase of my 2015 Kia Forte so smooth back in October. Obsessed with my car still to this day. Can’t thank him and everyone enough. Will definitely go back when it’s time for my next purchase in the future!
