Been getting my Hondas serviced here thru many years- had a big service requirement last week. Staff were great but there was a ongoing computer outage/ problem that started previously- perhaps even a day or 2 b4 i got there.. My service slip couldn't be written up for awhile so there was a bit of a wait. A solution was found but, a corporation as big as Honda should have IT guys on stuff like this asap.I do hope they have several firewalls etc to stop theznasty stuff going on these days. For me, i didn't have to rush off to work, but there were likely a few that needed to get elsewhere asap.I do recall a computer problem has happened here before. Gotta do more better, Honda Corporation. I felt bad for the staff, as it's likely well beyond their control. I still love my Honda, by the way. May 27/35: needed a diagnostic for my dash emissions warning, completed yesterday. This is a busy place- a Honda staffer was expediting intakes which helped alot to prevent,waiting for paperwork to be done. Niall was my intake rep, Krissy was the phonexrep who helped immensely. I had to leave my SUV; and it took awhile but it was reprogrammed, hopefully works long term. A intake bay manager might be a good thing to have- alot of folks have work to get to etc. Staff were courteous and efficient

Department: Used Vehicles Sales Rep: Natalie Date: October 2021 Let's be honest, in 2021 cars more or less sell themselves. The market is wild right now and there's probably less incentive than ever for salespeople to go above and beyond for you. That's why I was so impressed with all the pre and post-purchase help I received from Natalie. She was extremely responsive in communications with me, answering texts over the weekend and at night any time I had a question. I had been communicating with several other Honda dealerships at the time and no one else got back to me so quickly. After I bought my vehicle, Natalie went the extra mile (literally) for me, by driving 30 minutes away from the dealership to take my car in to get a second key made and address some small damage to finish on the hood. I couldn't get away from work that day, so the assistance in getting these tasks done was a massive help. It's a testament to Natlie's dedication to customer service. Especially considering this was post-sale. Would absolutely recommend you visit Brantford Honda if you're in the market for a used vehicle. And check their website for custom walk-around videos for every vehicle they get in.

I usually don't write reviews, however, I had a negative experience with Brantford Honda right from the start. Due to covid, during my car search, I called Honda dealerships to find out the best numbers for the car I was interested in. The salesman I was assigned was rude right from the get-go, telling me over the phone that the quotes I had already received from previous dealerships were made up/impossible to do. Fast forward 10 minutes, the salesman was phoning again to apologize, saying he wasn't looking at the price of the right car (very unprofessional). He has us come in that same day to look at my car, which was being traded in and talk numbers (from the beginning, all we wanted to do was talk numbers.) Never did I think I was going to waste almost 3 hours of my time. The car’s trade-in value was appraised severely low (got $2700 more elsewhere than they were willing to offer). Also, the talking numbers went extremely horrible because they ended up coming back to us with an awful quote adding on things we didn't even ask for. After explaining to the salesman that we've already received a better quote from a nearby Honda, the salesman said: “your piece of paper doesn't mean anything.” in reference to the paper quote we Had with us. I was then contacted by the reception days later to ask about my experience, and I was completely honest- they said they would phone me back after speaking to a manager and I was never contacted back. This was very unprofessional-moral of the story, at this Brantford dealership, they pride themselves on excellent customer service- I received the exact opposite. You can receive fantastic service at all of the surrounding Honda dealerships (especially Kitchener )

My experience ever since I arrived at Brantford Honda was great when I was looking to buy a car, but this was mainly thanks to Natalie. I reached out to her and she was very acoomidating and would respond fast to my messages. Natalie is someone who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and truly loves her job. I ended up buying my new Honda Civic from her and it was a flawless and fun experience with the bow and everything so shout out to her!

My elderly mother went to their service department for an oil change and wiper blades. They tried to scam her out of over 3000.00 dollars lying to her about the safety if her car thank goodness her nephew got her car out of there and to a real mechanic. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of the elderly.
