Recently bought a vehicle from Brantford Honda. Highly recommend Vali Nunes as a sales representative. He was friendly, attentive, eager to please and exceeded our expectations. Recently I leased a 2020 Honda Civic EX from Brantford Honda. i had ventured to various dealerships previously looking for a new vehicle. I am so glad I picked Brantford Honda as my best choice. We were greeted by a young gentleman, Aaron Alonzo, who certainly began asking and answering such questions as we projected to him. I was certainly impressed by his professionalism as he walked us through all phases from pricing to final delivery. He knew all the answers without hesitation. Aaron took his time about all details and did his paperwork thoroughly, putting my anxiousness to rest. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone on the lookout for a new vehicle. To finalize our visit, Aaron took my husband and myself on a full tour of Brantford Honda. I know now exactly where to go for my oil changes and accessories. From the first day we walked into Brantford Honda, until the day we picked up our brand new 2020 CR-V, Aaron Alonzo went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations. Aaron's work ethic does not end there. He continues to make himself available if we have questions about our new car. Aaron is an extremely mannerly, patient, knowledgeable and informative salesperson. He returns all correspondence in a timely fashion. He is NOT pushy at all! He is extremely hard working, a good listener and tried his best to find the exact car we were looking for. His communication skills in person, on the phone or via email were highly effective and appreciated. We have owned a Honda for the past 14 years. Initially, our goal was to purchase a used Honda. After months of research and test driving, not only at Honda but with other dealerships in the area, we knew Honda was the choice for us. It felt like coming home. To our surprise, we bought new. If it wasn't for the support and direction from Aaron and his team, this would not have happened. I have already recommended Aaron to family and friends looking for a new vehicle and I will continue to do so. Aaron is a passionate salesperson. Aaron was always ready to serve, inform, and answer our questions. It was our pleasure working with Aaron. We love driving our new Honda and have no regrets!
