Just leased a 2021 CR-V at Brantford Honda. The sales manager Chris was amazing to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brantford Honda to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Honda.

Natalie Gowland from Brantford Honda was hands down, the best salesperson we dealt with at any Honda dealership. No games, no nonsense, just honest, prompt communication and transparent pricing. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot, had stats on pricing across Ontario, walked us through the various trim models to help us make a decision and was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Pricing was so competitive, we drove 1.5 hours from Markham to deal with her. Kudos to her and the team at Brantford Honda!

Peter Risi helped me navigate through the purchase of my new car. He explained coverage available and really listened to me. It's about the relationship and not always the dollars. I would much rather be treated nicely this way then haggle over a price. Brantford Honda thank you ! Peter thank you for going above and beyond for me. That made it special and I will not go anywhere else for a car but here. You rock! Gracias !

Man !! I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received at Brantford Honda! Natalie texted me right back about the car I wanted. She came in right away so I could test drive it. When it came to questions-she was patient and knowledgeable. She really represents this company well with a smile and super friendly manner. When I came to pick up my car, I was in tears because not only was it ready out front but it had a beautiful red bow on it with a wonderful bottle of olive oil from a local business. Wow! Natalie knows how to make her customers feel special and the whole car purchase was easy and so very satisfying. Thank you Brantford Honda for employing Natalie as the face of previously owned cars. I have always been a Brantford Honda customer and why would I go anywhere else? They have always given me excellent customer service. What a gem of a business we have in Brantford! Thanks so much again Natalie 🙂 Woohoo I am so excited to drive my new car !!

Aaron Alonzo went above and beyond in making sure my new 2019 HRV was perfect on pickup day, and really made sure I was getting the best deal possible. To make it better when I had some road damage on my vehicle he made sure I was attended to and had his service team take care of my repairs super easy. Would definitely reccomend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and Aaron especially!

I had a great experience buying a used 2017 Honda CRV with Natalie. She was great at helping me navigate the controls in my new vehicle. She had great patience with me and I am so appreciative. Pete was very informative and a very nice guy. I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle in the future from Natalie. :)

Very poor customer service and unprofessional. All they want 500$ non refundable deposit. Nothing else. I have very bad experience with them. Never put yourself on their trap.

Very unprofessional employees as well as their seniors. Not suggested for the used car Department. They will promised you something but will never fulfilling none of them. They are the day light scammers. Not suggested.

Everyone knows how stressful it can be to buy a new car since the last time we bought one was in 2010! We were greeted by this young man, more than half our age, which made us even more stressed. We were absolutely delighted when upon meeting Aaron Alonzo, this young man turned out to be the most thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient, sympathetic and fun-loving salesperson. He listened and answered our questions with detailed and informative answers never once pressuring us into a sale. He did everything possible to make our experience pleasurable and rewarding. We visited many dealerships after Honda and ended up coming back for the Honda CRV and the of course Aaron Alonzo.
