This was our second trip to Brantford Honda, to purchase a used CRV and it was the same great service as the first time. We worked with Scott again who remembered us from our first purchase there to which we really were pleasantly surprised. Everything in house was a really good experience. Pete was also very helpful in making the purchase smooth. Thanks again fellas

Bought a 2022 Honda Civic sedan and leased a 2022 Honda Civic sedan Natalie is who helped me out she was amazing the whole take gave us a great deal we couldn’t pass up on she was super nice and helpful with insurance with everything highly recommended if you are buying a honda or used car go to brantford Honda and ask for Natalie she will make it worth your time.

This Honda location has an excellent service department. My experience here is always great. I was really impressed with Dale and Trevor on my most recent visit. They were professional, flexible and informed. Experts like Dale and Trevor are the reason I go here. A huge thanks to the Service team for always taking care of my Honda quickly (and painlessly).

I had the pleasure of leasing a brand new 2021 Honda CRV. The vehicle is an absolute gem of a ride. It's wonderful interior in incredibly comfortable and it rides so smooth on the roads. The people at Brantford Honda were all amazing. I came in with an idea of what I wanted in my next vehicle and they supplied ALL of my requests. Amazing people all the way from the salesman up to the managers. I thank you all for making me happy with my new vehicle.

I would love to leave a better review, but the facts are the facts…I and the hubby went through Brantford Honda on the transferral of a lease. Because a saleswoman named Krista wasn’t making money off the deal, our transferral date got pushed off to the point where we almost lost the interest of the other party - who, btw, called us to agree that she was incredibly upset we were being put on the back burner. Krista admitted we were a lower priority, that she had said she would be in on a day she was actually taking off. All in all, I’m sure other reviews give lots of stars for a reason - but if you’re going to get a full star review from me, you’re going to have to stop your salespersons from hanging around texting on their phones and chatting with eachother and not making eye contact with clients who are waiting for over half an hour in an empty dealership with questions, under a time crunch. You’re going to have to make sure every customer is treated equally - whether purchasing a car or transferring a lease. And most importantly, you’re going to have to retrain your salespersons on how to sell Honda merch, because Branford Honda is most definitely not breaking any records anytime soon. These guys are all fantastic! Bought my 2020 Civic from Ryan in October and he was phenomenal every step of the way. Took it in for my first service today and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I'm definitely a customer for life 👌🏻
