Brian was very patient and thorough when explaining the features of the vehicle.

We test drove the vehicle a couple times. We were able to take it to our home and compare it alongside our 2008 Highlander. This helped us with the decision to trade our vehicle in on a new one. The dealership was very accommodating. We didn't feel pressure to purchase. We were treated with respect.

This is the second vehicle that we bought from Brian Squire, the first one was a Solara very sweet ride, now we have bought our new RAV4 , Brian gave us excellent customer service. He answered all of our questions. We are very happy with his service.

I had a windshield replaced. They let me know when it was available and installed it promptly. I also had an 8000 km service and it was also promptly done with quality service.
