The windshield was replaced. It was insured and the paperwork was ready when I came to pick it up. The work was done properly.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff I own a Highlander and this is my fourth vehicle I have purchased from Rainbow . A Toyota is the only vehicle I will own.

Rick and Darcy did a great job putting everything together. I was early picking up my new vehicle and Rick was tied up with another customer for a few minutes. Instead of having to wait, Brian stepped in and got started on the delivery portion - walking me through a few of the new features and setting up my phone on the Bluetooth. He did a great job. As soon as Rick was free, he took me through the rest of the vehicle and answered any questions I had. It was a great customer experience.

We finally bought our dream vehicle! A 2017 4Runner and we absolutely love it. It is comfortable for our family of 5 with the option for 7 which we love. My husband is a big fan of the air conditioned seats while I love the sound system. Also having the ability to roll down the rear window is super handy when you have a canoe loaded on top ;) The service we received was great, we dealt with Brian and Neil helped too!

At first we looked at a basic Camry. After Brenda explained the features and accessories of each model, we decided on a Camry XLE. Since none were in stock at the dealership, Brenda searched & found just what we wanted in another province, and had it brought in. She kept us updated on finding the vehicle, arrival date, etc. She took the time to explain everything about the car to us, as we were not familiar with many of the new features. We thank Brenda for her excellent customer service. Her knowledge of Toyota vehicles is amazing.
