Had a service no. 3 today with new tire installation and I have to thank Jessica Jorgenson for a great customer service experience. As requested my rental car was ordered and I was able to complete the rental process and be on my way promptly. Jessica took the trouble to update me by phone on the progress of my service work and the vehicle was ready upon our return to the dealership. All in all a very good experience with Jessica and the Murray Hyundai staff. Thank you
