I was appalled at how they dealt with my friends failing Lexus. Only 6 years old yet had multiple failing systems and we were told that is what we should expect!?!? I really love my Toyota, so why are Lexus cars so unreliable? Dealer didn't stand behind what they sell.

Just picked up my car, and I could not have asked for better service. The whole experience was stress free, and everyone was very helpful all along the way. Gabriella was the "handover" person and she did a great job of getting me set up in the RC so that I was equipped to do nothing but zip around for the rest of the day!
