Very disappointed with my car and the service department. Make sure you check your bill closely before you leave. Also, if you're close to your warranty make sure you get your car in just before it is up, if you are just slightly over they won't help you. Won't be taking my car there anymore.

Hello, I am disappointed to read this review after your service appointment. We do pride ourselves not only in excellent service, but also in our honesty, fairness and ethics. In this particular case, as discussed, the moon roof sunshade was out of the track and that is why it wasn't moving. Lexus is very helpful when it comes to warranty but unfortunately warranties do end. In this case the vehicle in question is outside of warranty. We asked you to authorize $69 plus taxes to inspect the issue; which you authorized. We inspected, disassembled and reinstalled the sun shade back into its track; it now works perfectly. The final charge for this was $69 plus taxes. Being a business man yourself, I'm confident that you understand. Thank you again for servicing with Tony Graham Lexus. Kind Regards. I decided to buy a new car, but a male Asian dealer (Thanh Trinh) had a horrible attitude. I said I am interested in IS 300, and he began to negotiate the price with me. When I said could you show me the car first, He said why should I show you the car if you don't agree with the price that I give u. You not only lose one potential customer but also the company's reputation. I will suggest to my friends to avoid this place.
