Although a bit on the expensive side I find the the staff here are very friendly. I don't think the mechanics communicate well with the staff at the front desk because the information I got conflicted with what they actually changed in my vehicle. It is easy to drop off your vehicle and pick it up at this location and the valet who drives you to work is very very friendly.

What can I say. When we decided to look for a car we would never think that it would lead us to Lexus. But, we always talk about experiences and service as a community, Tony Graham Lexus blew our expectations completely away. From walking into the showroom we immediately felt like family. Tan Vo helped us through this wonderful experience. It made this experience amazing. We felt like family and now we are part of the Lexus family. If you are looking to buy a car, give Tan a call, he is fair and honest and he will take amazing care of you I am sure.

Just leased our Lexus NX 2020 from Tony Graham Lexus. Highly recommend Tan Vo - he made the whole process enjoyable for us. Every time we have a question, he immediately can be reached by text. Very professional!

I bought lease from them when it returns time one of there finical Meaner nan Suerly has so much attitude she look at the Costomer that she going to bite you beside her all staff so friendly and nice I think they will get more business if they ride of that lady way she talk so rude and very unprofessional. She treat Need some Costomer services course that how to smile and deal to Costomer so they can come back just because of her I am going to bel-air dealerships also she need to learn English her English so poor.

We purchased our first Lexus for my wife in April and what an amazing experience it has been. From discussing the needs to test driving and all the way to service appointments, our experience has been impeccable! We worked with Maurice Blum and he really changed my perspective in car shopping. Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He was so honest and transparent that I initially I could not believe him. Ever since I have recommended two family members to him and they both had the same great experience as mine. I know where I am getting my next car and I sure am not going back to the luxury dealer right across them on the road!

I have had some rattle issues with my sunroof due to high pressure blower of a car wash. I took my car to Bel Air and the mechanic looked at and could not repair it. He sent me to the Toyota body shop on McArthur. There the manager quoted me over $1000 plus taxes no parts and my car would have to be in body shop for 5 business days which meant renting a car. I then took my car to TonyGraham Lexus on Hunt Club for wheel alignment and asked them to look at my sunroof. Well it took the mechanic to tightened something in my sunroof and my card drives like a top. It cost me 1 hour labour vs thousands of dollars. It was fast and I would like to thank Derick and Alex for taking care of my issues and the great technical skills of David the mechanic. I find with this dealership they have honesty integrity technical support team. Chris who overseas it all has a great team behind him. I would definitely recommend this dealership for service and buying a great car. Thanks Marc Dionne Ottawa
