Just visiting Lexus today. Very impressive by Travis who is really helpful and friendly. Although I just went to browse and got some information, he answers all my questions patiently and clearly.

I decided to buy a new car, but a male Asian dealer (Thanh Trinh) had a horrible attitude. I said I am interested in IS 300, and he began to negotiate the price with me. When I said could you show me the car first, He said why should I show you the car if you don't agree with the price that I give u. You not only lose one potential customer but also the company's reputation. I will suggest to my friends to avoid this place.

I was appalled at how they dealt with my friends failing Lexus. Only 6 years old yet had multiple failing systems and we were told that is what we should expect!?!? I really love my Toyota, so why are Lexus cars so unreliable? Dealer didn't stand behind what they sell.
