Two-star rating because the body shop did what they promised. I brought my Golf R in for body work. I called three times to make sure they coordinate with the service department to do the regular maintenance at the same time. They had my car for a week. When I picked up my car, they told me the service department was too busy to do it. No apology. Just "We didn't get to it". Now I have to bring it in again and get a ride to and from Taylor Creek VW to get it done. What a waste of time. Disappointing.

Thank you for your review, Alain. Unfortunately, by the time your vehicle was completed in the Body Shop, there was very little time for service to complete any repairs. This is a busy time of year for service, and we have to accomodate clients who have pre-booked their appointments first. We're sorry that we could not fit you in, and hope that we can continue to service your GOlf R moving forward.

Very happy with the service here so far. I picked up a new red VW Jetta. Ask for Tim. He is a stud and helped me out from the moment I walked in until I drove off the lot in my new car. He even taught me to drive manual.

Decided to refurbish my 2010 GOLF Bytek Body did an outstanding job and VW fixed some rust under warranty Service staff very helpful
