Kara Wing is so great and makes the whole service experience easy

Had a Maint. B service and winter tires installed. Everything was as discussed and timely. Even with COVID-19 restrictions the experience was great! Mind you this platform you have - "reviewsii" is not friendly.

The parking lot is honestly what made us drive away without even going inside to inquire on a new vehicle. It was frustrating and crammed and just put both of us in an awful mood.

Love my Honda but the service centre at Palladino is a joke!! Never will I buy another Honda for this reason alone!
