I was very well received at Palladino Honda by Joshua Duguay whom I thank for the time he spent with me and for patiently and quickly answering my many questions; through the whole process, he remained polite, pleasant and very patient. Also, never before Cole Julien, a car sales/leasing contract was explained to me so clearly and, what's more, with a smile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my family and friends to go and meet Josh Duguay if they are interested in a Honda.

Rust and scratches on my car

I purchased a palliadino honda certified 2017 honda pilot ex-l. The suv has rust and scratches on several areas on the car. I alsi bought rust etc. Coverage so I am not sure why this happened. I have asked that the car be booked for an appointment to fix it but to no avail

We took a vehicle for a test drive. We were provided with the vehicle overnight which was very helpful in allowing us to really look at the features it offered and if it would be a good fit for our family. The appointments were flexible. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly and respectfully. We are very happy with our purchase.
