This "evaluation" process is not methodologically sound. I have indicated such in the past and would appreciate that you modify the process to better reflect clients' experiences. (Case in point, asking me to describe my experience in at least 20 words...)

We had the A service and winter tires installed. Some minor repairs to the windshield washer were also needed. Dan and company did their usual excellent job helping us.

Tamara provided excellent customer service, she was very resourceful and verified my inquiries with the parts department. The Parts Department did a great job explaining what tires suit my vehicle and based on the Palladino Honda Staff's advice I purchased 4 new snow tires. Staff are always friendly and they provide great customer service. !!! Thanks You

This place is useless, had my car in 6 times at least in the last 2 months for brakes and their "mechanics" still can't get my brakes to stop squealing and grinding. Pretty sad they can't even do the most basic jobs correctly, of you call them out on their shotty work the service manager Marilyn will tell you that you're not a mechanic so you don't know anything
