The service itself was OK. I received three phone calls letting me know that the car was ready to be picked up. This is a bit too much. One phone call would have sufficed. By receiving three calls the clear message that came thru was: you asked for a rental that GM is paying for. They don't like that, so we were told that anyone who asks for a rental must be put to the front of the lineup to get you out of that rental car double quick. But, I guess you are to do as you are told - I don't blame the dealer for this. In addition, there was a bit of a mixup with finding the new keys to the car when I went to pick it up. As well, you did not give me the complimentary car wash as you could not remove the antenna. What? I go thru car washes regularly at Esso and there is never any problem with my antenna. My big problem is with GM and I will deal with that separately. Has nothing to do with the service.

i have dealt with Vince and the Leggat team in the past and once again the staff and team as a whole are a wonderfull knowledgeable bunch.i purchased the truck of my dreams and recieved exactly what i wanted. Peter Calvert was very informative, friendly and certainly determined to make,sure I was completely satisfied with my car purchase. At no time was he trying to sell me something I didn't want.. Since taking delivery of the vehicle he has contacted me on a number of occasions to make sure I am completely satisfied and is willing to show me how to get the best operation from the features of the vehicle. Without hesitation I have recommended 2 of my friends to contact him as they are thinking to purchase a new vehicle in the near futrure.

On Tuesday April 29, 2014 I brought my 2009 Pontiac Vibe in to the dealership in response to an email inviting me to see if I qualified for rebate/new lease. The process was made pleasant and simple by Peter Calvert. There was no rush, I test drove a few vehicles, explained what I wanted in a vehicle, and he was able to match me up with my 2014 Chevrolet Trax LTZ. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Everything was explained well. When I picked my car up on the following Saturday, I knew what to bring, everything went smoothly. Peter made sure I know how to operate the vehicle and find everything, including helping get my OnStar account set up. It couldn't have been better.

Lance was as ever first rate! Despite some initial confusion over the mailing offer (on my part), Lance sorted it out and took us to view our selected (Second) GMC Terrain. In all this is probably the simplest, most enjoyable vehicle purchase in the many years we have been Holland /Leggatt customers.. The only problem was a small delivery scratch not really visible on delivery 'walk round', but Lance went out of his way to have it rectified , even to the point of going to see that we had been taken care of at your body shop and that in fact I hadn't needed him to arrange for a pick up whilst my vehicle was in the shop. Lance listened to my needs and the type of car I wanted and my budget and together we selected the best model for me. He was knowledgeable and attentive and he attended efficiently to all the details .. down to getting a scratch fixed that was apparent when I took possession of the car. I would highly recommend Lance. I didn't feel pressured in any way, which can sometimes happen, but truly I felt he had my best interests at heart.

Dealing with all the staff when purchasing my new automobile was not only very pleasant but very informative. They all took their time to explain any of my questions or concerns. Each dept. that I delt with were all very helpfull....great experience all the way around!

One of the most pleasant and stress free transactions recently, was trading in my 2008 Aura for a new lease on a 2014 Cruze at Leggat. Not only did I receive a good tradein value but also a cheque back and my monthly payments reduced significantly. Love the car and dealership. Always professional and honest in the service area. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Jesse Rogers and Peter.
