After a bad experience with buying and owning a new Solstice at another dealership we swore we would never own another GM product. After much research we decided to look into a Cadillac . From the moment we walked into Leggett the difference was day and night from our previous experience. We were greeted at once and made to feel welcome. Betty was excellent she explained everything about the car also the one thing that I was so pleased with is she d me (wife) and didn't speak only to Ron. I found that in other dealerships that is rare and I so appreciated it. Joanne in financials was just wonderful too. She also explained all the details in terms we could easily understand. Thanks also to the sales manager Shawn who went out of his way to greet us and made us feel so welcome. The whole experience was wonderful . We are happy to be a part of the Cadillac family. To all the Leggett employees thanks so much for making the leasing of our car such a pleasure .

I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Vince, Michael and everyone at Leggat. Vince walked me through my options of financing/leasing a new/used vehicle and gave me the pros and cons of my choices while patiently explaining any questions I had. I am extremely happy with continuing the Wallace family tradition with Leggat to a 3rd generation and look forward to future purchases.

Jesse Rogers was nothing short of amazing. First walking in the dealership we were greeted by Jesse and was open to all of my thoughts on what I needed in my truck. His main focus was to see that I had seen all of my options, that to me means a lot seeing that my opinion actually means something to him. Jesse gave me a wonderful detailed tour of the dealership, it was great to see that he also has a strong knowledge in the GM line and also everything that is going on around him. Thanks to Jesse am I telling everyone about the care and great service, it was really nice having Jesse there to see me happy in a new truck! 10/10 I am a very happy new truck owner! Thanks Jesse!!!

I needed new trany lines as mine were leaking my water pump was leaking. As well last needed an oil change. Also a trany oil change. A lot of work for one day instead of having them rush my job which they did run into problems he got me a rental so my time at Leggett was great and Andy was a consiment professional

They were able to diagnose a "whining noise" in my van and eliminate it. The report provided an explanation of the work done to correct it. Also indicated a couple of items which may require attention at a later date.

When Crawford finished what he was doing, he greeted me and completed the paper work promptly. The back-up light that was replaced approximately 2 weeks earlier, was not working. The technician was going to check it out in the service area and I waited as he attempted to determine which bulb wasn't working and remove the plastic keepers that hold the trunk liner with a screw driver. He went and got the proper tool, and completed the job efficiently. It is more professional when the proper tools are used and a customer who is watching will feel the employee has been trained properly. Although the car wash was down when I first arrived, the technician checked when he had finished installing the bulb, and took the car to be washed, Crawford handed me the paper work, and I was on my way. Not being able to click a star in Step 1 because there are no stars, I would rate Crawford 4.5 out of 5 based on 5+ years I have dealt with him.

The stunning amount for labor is something I will never get used too. Crawford was extremely helpful. He even emailed pictures of bad gas and brake lines.

Within 4 hours of dropping off my car, Crawford contacted me with the status of the original service requirements & the other issues & associated costs for each. We concluded on the additional items to be completed & I received an additional call from Crawford up-dating me as to when my car would be ready. He told me approximately when the service vehicle would pick me up at home to get my car. Now that's Service!!!
