Richard did an excellent job of installing our tub liner and dome, fitting them to the previously installed shower liner. He was able to customize the installation to fit existing conditions. He worked efficiently with minimum intrusion to our household routine. Thank you.

Our shower tap needed to be repaired, so we decided now was as good a time as any to update our shower enclosure. We only have one bathroom and there are 3 of us in the house, so Bathfitter seemed like the best option for our circumstances. We are so happy with the finished product! Richard was great and worked really efficiently. I work from home and there was very minimal disturbance while work was going on. We were also very happy that he could come so quickly, as we were expecting a much longer wait. I would not hesitate to call them again!

The only issues that I have is that the installer was late. I was told 800 hrs and Glen showed up at 925 hrs. Also I don't understand why I had to take off the old tub insert which was instructed to me by Mark Murphy. Also why was I putting the hardware back on. Is that what you do to someone who has no idea of plumbing, lucky that I have that experience. I don't know why I was part of doing this job. writing numbers down for measurements and also tearing apart the old insert and also taking out the hardware. At $3500.00 I should have done nothing.

Freon the time Adam came to our home to give us the information and quote on the job, to the time that Glen actually did the installation work, it was s great experience. Both of these employees showed true professionalism in every aspect of the job. We would certainly recommed Bath Fitters to anyone that spoke about this kind of renovation. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remote installation

Although I was a very remote installation of this product, it was still done in good time, although not the time advertised. Over-all, I was very pleased at the timing and in the installation. They restored my ancient bathroom into something I was proud to show my guests.
