Had an great experience at bytek Volkswagen! This is my second VW purchase. I went to a few other VW dealerships in the city first, but the customer service here is out standing compared to others! I went in late Monday night and with the help of my sales person Alex and his team I picked up my brand new car that Friday! Highly recommend Alex if you’re looking to get a new VW ☺️ He was fantastic at helping me get exactly what I wanted.

I have been a customer at Bytek since 2002, with a short break in between, and recently returned. The customer service is the best I've ever received and I'm so happy to be back! I feel appreciated and am treated like a VIP with every interaction. Special thanks to Andrew, Alex, Rebecca, and Lesley for all their attention over the past month. You guys are the best!

Very pleased with my experience to date at Bytek. Everyone I dealt with starting with the general sales manager Andrew, then Tim, my salesperson, who btw is so nice, and Lesley who handled the finance, all provided exceptional customer service! Now I'm hoping that the service department is just as good because this is the reason I switched dealerships. The sales team got me into their family now it's up to service to keep me 😁 here's hoping to a great relationship into the future!
