Went in with a electrical problem got 10 hours of Labor . That they fluked to find the problem. The fix was 2 hours of soldering to some damaged wires just frustrating when you go to a dealership thinking they know problems and how to fix them

I usually don’t write reviews but I am beyond disappointed.This evening my husband and I went to look at both buying a Cadillac and went into the dealership and not one person said hello to us. Many people from the service people to even a car salesman did not greet us. We waited 20 mins and not once we’re we spoken to. We won’t be returning, we will be buying a car anywhere but here.
