Had a tire change appointment book for 11am didn’t get my car back 3:15pm which made me very late for work. One time they forgot to drop my car off to me when It was done and I waited an extra hour for them to go get it. I had a light that was hanging from a broken clip and it took them three times to fix it properly.

booking my appointment was easy, you can telephone or book online. From start to finish, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Even the courtesy driver to and from OMS was friendly
