We had an extremely unprofessional and disorganized experience at this place. We drove all the way from Toronto to test drive a vehicle and for a meeting we had organized a few days in advance. We were even sent the name and picture of the sales rep we were assigned to. After driving for an hour, we were told that the vehicle had been "literally just now" sold out to someone else, whereas we were not able to find the vehicle listed online the day before, meaning it was probably sold out earlier and someone was just not responsible enough to give us a call and cancel! My feedback and advice for the team here is to learn to respect people's time and also when you mess up, be honest and own up. Definitely not going back here! This experience deserved "0" stars. What a total waste of time!

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle here. The price was reasonable and the service was great. We chose to get a warranty and got four oil changes included (mandatory for the warranty). At the oil change they always also pump the tires, inspect underneath, and give the buggy a wash. They use the visit as a chance to upsell other services, which is normal for garages. Overall we are satisfied and would recommend.

The purchase of my 2019 Chevy Silverado from OMS was phenomenal.
