My negotiations with Mark Motors for my new A3 was a pleasure. My sales agent Anthony Bourdeau was professional, not demanding and very patient with me. I would be happy to refer Anthony to my friends and family in the future for their Audi purchase. The delivery of my car was special and performed with class.

Great dealership! The staff here are amazing! I recently purchased a vehicle here this year and Zel and Julie made that sales experience stress free and wonderful! This isn’t my Audi purchased from Mark Motors. I purchased my first Audi in 2002 at their Montreal Rd location! It was a great experience then and it hasn’t changed 16 years later! Highly recommended to anyone looking to make a purchase!

Lana provided courteous service and was knowledgeable on the vehicle.

Although we were drop-in customers, Lana did not hesitate to serve us as soon as he was finished with her previous customers. At all times, she was extremely professional in her dealings with us and we felt confident in her knowledge of the vehicle and the purchasing process.

Had a great experience buying my first Audi. Had a good rapport with my salesman, Kirk Witt; had an opportunity to explore a variety of configurations; and we exchanged prompt e-mails when I had a question or we were trying to sync-up. Pricing was all very visible to me, including trade-in value of my existing car; that and exploring several payment options, made buying decisions very easy. I've also had great after-sales support from Kurt. So far, loving the dealership!
