Debbie was most professional and helpful with my recent purchase ( 2 nd with Deb) of low mileage 2017 Audi A4 2.5 T. This was complimented by the excellent support Services of Mark Motors Audi Finance/Service/Parts/Delivery staff.. Mark Motors of Ottawa goes that extra mile for their valued clients..Bravo!

Felt welcomed, offered a test drive immediately, bought an A6 and 3-4 days prior to delivery decided to opt out and buy an A8 instead. The transaction was immediately agreed upon and the transaction was conducted very smoothly. Absolutely great experience.. Deborah was great to deal with.

Bought an A6 S-line 2016 in June of 2017 and dealt with Liang Liu, and Max Brunet respectively. Both were incredibly amazing to deal with throughout the entire process. Fast forward to just about a month ago, I needed new tires for this car as a large screw had managed to find its way into the sidewall of one of my tires. During the install process, some apparent damage was caused to my rims. After having carefully washed the rims, and assessed the damage, the service manager Jason advised me they would be replacing my rims with a brand new set of the exact same kind I had. Granted, mistakes do happen, what was important to me was the recovery. They made this process extremely easy for me, and accommodated me in every which way possible. At the end of the day, I know that Mark Motors has my back, and they have made a loyal client for life in the process.
