I purchased an SUV in July, and while the vehicle itself has been fine so far, Iβm extremely disappointed with the customer service and professionalism at this dealership. The SUV was missing the trunk cover, so I called three times to confirm whether the vehicle originally came with one. Eventually, the salesperson, Kier Gonzales, called me and asked me to come in (He mentioned the cover should be somewhere). After waiting for quite some time, a manager, Jilene Allan, came to look at the car and informed me that these cars doesn't come with a trunk cover and that I would need to place an order at Toyota for one. While that answer was fair, it was frustrating that I had to drive all the way to the dealership for information that could have been easily shared over the phone. When I expressed that this felt like a waste of time, Ms. Allan responded dismissively and told me to βgo and not waste my time here,β then walked away. I found this to be extremely unprofessional, especially coming from a manager. On again I went in to ask about Keir to ask about the service department and was told that Mr. Gonzales was out of office, even though I could clearly see him in his office. Based on my experience, I would give 0 stars for their customer service and overall attitude toward customers.

The management staff was excellent and Brent addressed the issue I had professionally and to my satisfaction. The service staff was accommodating except for the customer service person who setup the service work She was not overly pleasant and not very accommodating and should have some additional training in customer service.

Iβm kinda on the fence about this, not the service I received, that was actually good and quick. But my issue is the problem with my vehicle, I took it to the dealership services and the problem keeps coming back. I feel as though this will be no different.
