I purchased a 2017 Range Rover from Saskatoon Motor Products on January 19th, and it has been a complete nightmare from the start. Within TWO DAYS of driving it off the lot, I contacted them about a coolant issue. They told me it was just “coolant sweating” — a complete joke. The truth? The radiator is shot and still hasn’t been replaced, and the coolant leak is ongoing months later. That was just the beginning. Within 10 to 20 days, the vehicle started falling apart: Coolant leak Radiator failure Faulty A/C Turbo issues Engine oil leak This isn’t a list of minor problems — this is a list of everything that makes a car undriveable. And yet, this dealership sold it to me as if it was in top condition. They priced it like it was flawless, and then had the nerve to offer me an extended warranty — essentially trying to get me to pay more to fix a disaster they sold me. When I called to get answers, the sales manager had the audacity to tell me, “You should’ve bought a new car,” and that I should expect “minor issues” with a used vehicle. Let me be clear: These are not minor issues — these are massive, expensive repairs that no reputable dealership should leave for the buyer to deal with days after a purchase. They eventually fixed the turbo and oil leak, but completely ignored the unresolved radiator and coolant issues. No accountability. No urgency. No respect for the customer. Even worse, they had the gall to tell me that I should’ve arranged my own private inspection — as if it’s my job to catch all the problems they knowingly overlooked or hid. This place is a complete scam. They push broken cars out the door, slap on a high price, and act like it’s your problem once they’ve got your money. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle purchase. Stay far away from Saskatoon Motor Products. They don’t stand behind what they sell, they don’t care about the customer, and they will leave you stuck with a broken vehicle and a massive bill.

Our family recently purchased three vehicles at Key Chev in Yorkton and all I can say about them is avoid them. Past experience is why my mom went there but they are not the same as years ago. As a past client who purchased many new and used vehicles over the years and when asked about cash deals, the reply was they don’t offer them. All were new and one has issues. On the reserve side, Devon at SMP have been great with the warranty work that has to be done on something not purchased with them. Logan was great helping with helping me with Warranty package that I decided to cancel. Wonderful shuttle drivers and sales people when I asked questions. . Service 100% across the board.

I am very disappointed in their appointment program. I went two weeks ago for my email/text confirmed appointment, got there said I wasn’t booked in until the next Friday. They rescheduled me for today, got there and said I didn’t have an appointment, I had enail/text confirmation of it. Then had to wait over 30 min for a shuttle. Apparently my time is worthless to them. Each appointment I went to I had to take time off of work.

If you need a solid truck for a good price, hit these guys up! Not only did my wife purchase her suv from these guys and have had nothing but great experiences, but I also purchased my new truck through them and have had a Great experience! Was able to negotiate fairly and I left happy. I recommend seeing Tyler Muench! He’s great to deal with! Gave me a great experience! As well Ryan the finance manager is a great guy to work with. Thanks guys!
