Service is very poorly scheduled. I booked an oil change and factory recall two weeks prior to my appointment and when I showed up at 10:45 am for my appointment I was there till after 1:30 pm. What’s the point of booking in advance if you can’t keep to your schedule. I understand 10-30 mins off. But 3 hours ? It’s not like I was getting tough things changed. It was an oil change and a factory recall on my XT5. I was told it’s tire season and left with nothing else but to sit there an waste a good chunk of my day. The person scheduling should really work on organizing the mechanics day a lot better as I will not come back here for an oil change again let alone any other service. Several other customers were not happy as well during my 3 hour wait. It seemed the staff was more concerned about their subway order than moving cars in and out. GM is really going down hill and they have no one to blame but themselves.
