They stripped my plug and didn’t replace it(they actually charged me for it). They blamed the previousGM dealership, but never called me before they removed it, to say it had to be replaced. The car is now over 100,000km so it’s likely they stripped it. When asked I was given a lot of attitude. Don’t recommend them for service.

Poor service. Poor handling of issues. Disrespectful service manager. Purchased 3 vehicles from here and was in the market for a used car for our daughter, we went with VW instead. My experience absolutely fits in with the notorious reputation dealership service centers have, overcharge for work they don't properly do. If you decide to purchase from here I suggest you find your own mechanic for your service needs, unless you have money to burn.UPDATE: Dealer has responded below, to the review, stating they'd still like to work with me on the issue. Haven't received an email or phone call in response to the review and they definitely have my info. OMS, if you TRULY want to work with me on the issue by all means contact me.
