Recently bought a 2018 Honda Accord from Joe Scavo at Henley Honda and couldn’t possibly be more pleased with my experience. I was never pressured or hounded as some dealerships tend to do, and from the very beginning not only was the salesman very up front and honest about everything, but the manager, Dan Chamberlain, was very helpful in every aspect of my purchase, even going as far as checking in now and then several months later to ensure I am satisfied with my new vehicle and quickly doing all he can to correct my most minor concerns. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to consider stopping in at Henley Honda.

We recently bought our first Honda Odyssey after 7 years of driving a Toyota Sienna. Not only were we impressed with the van, we were very impressed with the Henley Honda dealership. Starting with the warm, friendly welcome from Tara at reception to the no-pressure sales with Brian Chickowski. Dealing with Brian was an absolute delight. My wife and I felt comfortable and at ease dealing with Brian. He is a super friendly guy and incredibly knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles and products. From his ever present smile to his charming wit, Brian made buying our van easy and stress-free. When we picked it up, Brian took the time to go through every single button inside and outside the van with us. He showed us every menu and app on the Info screen and even connected both of our phones for us. He didn't let us leave until we were completely comfortable with the vehicle and how everything worked. He really went over and above for us and you can tell he really enjoys his job. What a great salesman and asset Henley Honda has in Brian. If you're looking for a Honda, visit Henley Honda and ask for Brian.

Good thing I went for a second opinion. A few complains of the Service department. Figured a Honda dealership would know their cars the best, so I opted to take my Odyssey there when I was having issues. My vehicle was losing power to the power steering when it was raining . The issue happened only occasionally and corrected it self within a couple seconds. My husband had a similar situation in the past and all that was needed was a new under belly cover. The cover was damaged and was not shielding the drive belt sending water through to the alternator. This is what I was expecting, but truthfully, I didn’t know! The dealership claimed they recreated the short and said there was a “an internal failure in the alternator and an obstructed drive belt”. The total cost to replace both $1400 aprox. I decided to take the van for a second opinion, where it was discovered what looked like a clean cut to the underbelly sheild exposing the drive belt allowing water to get in there causing the power steering to short out. $200 later the problem was properly corrected. I don’t know how they miss damaged underbelly sheild? While they ‘diagnosed’ this issue, they also tried to upsell me another $800 saying while they were in there, they may as well replace these ‘other parts now’, instead of down he road. Yeah right, nice try. Sorry Henley Honda, I will not be returning.
