I live in Brampton and drove all the way to Henley Honda because of their wonderful customer service. I found the same car with all the same specs at the Mississauga Honda dealer and at Henley and Art was amazing. Fast responses to all my emails and direct to the point no filler, no fluff (Compared to Mississauga :-S). When I went in I met Art who was super nice. He let my spouse and I go for a test drive and then we chatted about the car after). Very relaxed no stress. I was definitely happy with the customer service from both Art N. and Brandon H. (Signing the paperwork). No add ons, no up sell etc. We will definitely make the treck back out there again for our next cars. Also as we were not from the area, we asked for some recommendations on food and Brandon recommended Oddbird; which was amazing! Thank you Art & Brandon for everything, it is greatly appreciated!
