I had an excellent experience with Brantford Honda! I purchased a 2020 Civic Touring Sedan. The dealership is beautiful, and all the sales and service representatives were welcoming and friendly. My sales associate, Cat, was so helpful and informative, and pushed for the best deal for me. It was the best customer service I've experienced at any dealership. If you're in the market for a vehicle, this is the place to go!

My husband and I were in the market for a 2019 Honda Pilot. We visited 4 other dealerships prior. We stopped into Brantford Honda randomly in passing and the first person we met was a sales associate named James Wright. He made himself available and had exactly what we were looking for. This was our first time buying from this dealership and James made the process seamless and gave us the best deal! My husband and I felt confident and at ease throughout the buying process. We were really impressed with his level of experience and professionalism. We will definitely buy from him, here again.

I could not be happier with my Experience at Honda. This will be my second vehicle purchased through Honda. My sales rep was Chris Mercer both times and he was exceptional. He went above and beyond for me and fought for the best possible deal he could. I would highly recommend asking for Chris!

Summer Tires Changed to Winter Tires On Rims

October 30,2020: Appointment at 11:30 am to change summer tires to winter tires on rims, and store. The appointment took two [2] hours .The reason was alignment machine was backed up?? When you are waiting in show room for two [2] hours , it is too long. My service adviser was good and apologized for the wait BUT.....

Excellent service & technicians

Trevor services both my car and my wife's car and frankly I go to honda to get my car serviced SPECIFICALLY because he's there. I've never felt like he tries to upsell me and he always does a great job servicing our cars.

Efficient and friendly

I always feel confident that my vehicle is going to run safely after service at Brantford Honda. My van was in recently to get winter tires. Some extra scheduled services were required and Trevor explained the reason and cost for each item. The technicians also included a diagnosis of the cause of slow leaks on two of my summer tires.
