Ahh what can I say about James. He is knowledgeable and personable and most importantly, trustworthy. The process was seamless when we got our new CR-V - So from choosing our dream car to financing options to picking up. He showed us only what we were interested in. When expecting our third child, we knew it was time for the Honda Odyssey. From start to finish, working with Erica was a smooth process. She was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated her input so much, I purchased the van without even seeing it. I will continue to recommend Erica at Brantford Honda, and will be purchasing my next vehicle from her.
