Just getting around to this review though I got my car last year. I needed a Brand New Car ( My 2007 Dodge Caliber was completely rusting and falling apart and wasn't going to last any longer) so I decided to trade it in. Beforehand, my sister got a 2019 Honda Civic and she had dealt with Kat in Sales and had a wonderful time talking to her and asking what she needed in a car. Due to my sister's experience with Kat, I had to do the same and all I have to say was that Kat was the most kind, easy going sales rep I've ever had the pleasure of talking to! She understands the needs and wants of her customers and as such I got everything I ever wanted or could want out of my new 2019 "Leafs" Blue Honda Civic. If there is anyone planning on getting a New Car and it's a Honda, I would totally suggest going to Brantford Honda and asking for Kat! Will probably never go anywhere else ever again Honda Forever!

I take my car here for all services. The staff are friendly, helpful and the waiting area is cozy. I've never had any issues whatsoever!

Erica is a matchmaker!

I got helped by two great associates, and they were both wonderful. Erica found my perfect match that I had been searching for. She was there to answer any concerns, or questions I had; which put my mind at ease. I was able to purchase my vehicle without worrying about the little things. Erica organised an seamless transaction, and had everything all tied up neatly with a bow.

We have purchased our last two vehicles from Erica and are very happy with both the vehicles and the deals we got. Erica went to bat for us on both occasions to rectify issues we had with the vehicles. She seems to be respected by her manager so we feel our needs and concerns are well represented. On top of that she's a good person.
