Poor service. Poor handling of issues. Disrespectful service manager. Purchased 3 vehicles from here and was in the market for a used car for our daughter, we went with VW instead. My experience absolutely fits in with the notorious reputation dealership service centers have, overcharge for work they don't properly do. If you decide to purchase from here I suggest you find your own mechanic for your service needs, unless you have money to burn.UPDATE: Dealer has responded below, to the review, stating they'd still like to work with me on the issue. Haven't received an email or phone call in response to the review and they definitely have my info. OMS, if you TRULY want to work with me on the issue by all means contact me.

Fantastic team to deal with, we received fantastic service when we lived in town and still return now that we are two hours away to purchase our vehicles. Very well run dealership, sales agents are great to deal with, service and parts department all offers prompt service.
