Rainbow Toyota is truly an exceptional dealership and offered an unparalleled purchasing experience from the initial test drive throughout the process while negotiating to the finance office. All of the staff at Rainbow should be proud of the level of customer service they offer. Our salesperson Brenda Metlewsky deserves special recognition for helping us choose the right vehicle as we have been in many times over the past 2 years “tire kicking” and she’s been a joy to work with. We have purchased many new vehicles in the past, and have never received such excellent service or such a comprehensive after sales run-through on anything we’ve purchased. .

Stopped in for a look on long weekend and found Richard and Neil minding the showroom at Rainbow Toyota, North Battleford. After a friendly chat, we went away to think and discuss our options on a used vs. new vehicle to tow our new trailer. This dealer was the only one close to us who had any inventory of our choice in stock. Got an OK trade in and drove away with a 2016 4Runner with tow package. Richard, Neil and Darcy, and the service guy (thanks for the quick install of trailer brake controller) were really helpful in getting us on the road. When we stopped in the driveway to program the radio Richard came out to see if we were having issues, which made us smile...that's caring about us as customers...and we fully appreciated his concern!! Certainly happy with the friendly personal service we got at Rainbow Toyota!!! We'll be back in 8,000 clicks!!
