Repair of scratch on our Venza....

The scratch I got on the side of our Venza was repaired quickly and well. It is now invisible and the vehicle looks new again except for the tiny scratch on the back bumper which was too deep to repait apparently. Thank you.

Always a pleasure to deal there. Service staff are knowledable and efficient not to mention very friendly and upbeat. I am always treated respectfully and things are always explained to me in terms I am able to understand. I appreciate the added touch that my car is washed before it is returned to me. That makes me feel special and a valued customer.

When we walked into rainbow Toyota, I did not feel as if i was being attacked by the sales people. Brenda was such a good person to talk to, she was not trying to compete with the other dealerships which made me feel more comfortable. She was very honest, and gave me the whole works of the car.

The staff stayed late and ensured we were confident and informed regarding our decision to purchase our first Toyotas ( two of them). Since it was too late to register new Toyotas on day of purchase, the staff accommodated us by delivering the new vehicles to us out of town the next day.
