At the top of this page it says "We are sorry to hear that you would not recommend us" and this could not be further from the truth. In fact I have in the past suggested Mark's to work associates.. We have purchased 2 vehicles and both experiences were delightful from being greeted when we first arrived and finishing off with Eric and the paperwork. In addition, the time Eric took to go over each car and its features was appreciated.
