Had a great experience purchasing my car here. When we picked it up they had beautiful flowers as a ''closing gift''. The only thing I would mention is when they sell you the car, they advertise a complementary first servicing of your car and they go ahead and schedule that servicing for you 12 months later. The part that they do not really explain properly is that, if you are over 15,000 km when it comes to your appointment, they do charge you for it. In my case, the charge was brought to my attention after the service was completed....

Had a great experience at Audi mark motors, great people & service, will definitely recommended to others looking to purchase a vehicle. Went in for a test drive on 2 different cars, took 45 minutes at the most, didn’t have to wait to drive or see the car as they already had it pulled out front. 👌🏽

Do not ever go for a car wash during the weekend again. Besides that it takes two hours, personnel doing the car wash have interest in taking your personal belongings inside your car. When I realized they took my belongings, I went to front desk and got it back. Such customer service! A bit embarrassing for the two ladies on front desk giving it back.
