Trying to sell unnecessary things

When I dropped off my car all was well. I was asked if I would like to do the "recommended maintenance" and they were listed off. Some of the maintenance had already been recently done (at the same shop). I received a phone call shortly after explaining of more things that needed to be done (many of which were unnecessary). The one that was necessary (replacing the lug nuts) I was quoted at 3 times the price that I could have gotten them myself, to which I replied you'll have to do better. I received a call a few minutes later stating that they bought them for a third of the price. This has never happened before at Murray so I was extremely disappointed.

Service work on Aug 25

My visit on Aug 25 was to the express lube for an oil change. It was very efficiently and quickly done. Personnel at the service bay and cashier were very courteous. I am very satisfied with the service received on Aug 25 and on previous visits.

Service department is totally incompetent.

Service department in incompetent. Three requests were to be looked after and after 10 hours in the shop I had to go to another dealer toget two things done. A nod that should have been One hour took your dept. 10 hours to do and then you didn't look after two of the requests.
