My car is making noises it shouldn't be after only two years. I hate playing phone tag and it seems to take a long time to get emails replied to.

Not impressed with the service department have brought numerous vehicles here over the years and always end up going to a different dealership for further service when the original issue has not been rectified. This past visit we brought in our silverado engine light was on was told verbally entire repair job wouldn't be more than $500-$700 well to our surprise pick it up and just the diagnosis was over $500 and waited the whole weekend to get our truck back. Look on the invoice and it's not very clear as to what we paid for. How much was labor? how much was materials? the actual diagnosis? nothing all zeros. Husband called the service manager just to get voicemail and the same with the service person we dealt with. Upon pickup my husband asked to speak to someone about the issues plus the discrepancies stated on the invoice was told no one can help him to answer any of his questions must call instead which he did all that morning all he got was voicemail every single time. Then five minutes later as he's driving away the customer service rep calls and leaves a voicemail to say oh i heard you were trying to get ahold of me?. Like come on customer service goes along way and even after our other bad experiences with this service department we still decided to come here and give them another chance. But after today we will never be bringing any of our vehicles back for service.

I have been a Ford customer up until we purchased the new Equinox. My first service experience was excellent. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the time to service the vehicle was well within expectations. If this service continues you will have switched a long time Ford customer to GM

Good service employes are polite i can drop in at any time and get questions that i have answered and if needed can book a time to bring in the vechile
